Airport pick-ups from Katowice (Pyrzowice) airport and transport to the Symposium venue are offered only to foreign participants. We kindly ask participants to fill in the following registration form carefully. Please make sure that required fields (indicated by asterisks) are filled in.
Please provide the details of your flight (flight number, dates and hours of arrival and departure) and your mobile phone number. Once you arrive please switch on your telephone. A few days before your arrival, we will forward your contact information to our local representative who will pick you up. If you are aware of any potential flight delays, please contact our guide. Timetable may be adjusted depending on the number of passengers and flight details. Depending on local traffic and the place of your arrival, the trip can take from 1.5-2.5 hrs.
